Marcus Henneke started Encompass Advisory Services (EAS) in April 2016. He has over twelve years worth of experience in the industry, and has played a key role in Dagley Insurance & Financial Services becoming the second largest Nationwide Agency in the State of Texas. He currently serves as the Executive Vice President of the Property & Casualty (P&C) division of the company. Being over the Property & Casualty (P&C) division Marcus oversees the sales, customer service, marketing, and training / compliance departments. Mr. Henneke is currently working on the expansion of the business in the Houston, Dallas and Denver markets. Marcus’s compassion for his customers and knowledge in the business has assisted him to help customers make the best decisions when in it comes to protecting their assets.
Allison Cloud is Founder / Operating Manager for Encompass Advisory Services (EAS) where she serves as primary contact to families, companies and charitable organizations. Allison specializes in working alongside clients to help them identify, progress toward, and achieve their most meaningful financial and related goals. Her responsibilities include assessing a client’s objectives, assembling a customized team, and overseeing the delivery of EAS’s expertise and services.
Prior to joining EAS, Allison served clients for 15 years with JPMorgan’s Private Bank and UBS Financial Services. At both JPMorgan and UBS, Allison was responsible for managing clients financial expectations, executing trades and being the clients primary point of contact. She has supported daily operations for Ultra high net worth clients representing over $1 billion in assets.
Allison earned her Bachelors in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin in 2001. She also holds Series 7, 63, 65 as well as insurance licenses
Greg Falzone joined Encompass Advisory Services (EAS) in 2017, as a financial advisor responsible for delivering the firm’s comprehensive suite of investment advisory services to individual investors, families, and institutions. Greg entered the financial services industry in 1998. Before joining EAS, Greg worked in various investment consulting and business development roles at John Hancock Investments, Bank of America, and Capstone Asset Management Company. He has extensive experience providing investment advice and service to foundations & endowments, nonprofit organizations and faith-based entities. Greg is a holder of the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor®, Certified Investment Management Analyst® and Accredited Investment Fiduciary® professional designations. He is a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association. Greg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Bridgewater State University. Greg resides in Katy, TX with his wife, daughter and two sons.
