Mr. Henneke serves as Vice President of Dagley Insurance Agency. Marcus has been employed with the Agency for 22 years and manages both commercial and personal lines departments. His duties include: overseeing the daily operations of the business, employment, budgets, among other responsibilities. He’s had both his P&C and Life & Health licenses since 2002.
Marcus has been employed with Encompass Advisory Services since 2016 and is passionate about writing life insurance and product sales for his customers and their families. Additionally, Marcus has extensive experience in sales management, hiring assessments, logistics and business management.
Marcus has been married to Deana for 25 years, and they have 3 children: Lauren, Ethan and Bryson. He and his family stay active with sports, coaching, volunteering and attending their local church.
