Nathan Dagley

Mr. Nathan Dagley founded Dagley Insurance Agency (DIA) in 2001 and has since served as its CEO. Under his visionary leadership and strategic direction, DIA has experienced significant growth and success. Before transitioning to an independent insurance agency in May 2017, Mr. Dagley led the largest Nationwide Insurance Agency in Texas and the second largest in the nation. DIA has received top performance recognition from multiple national carriers and the industry at large, and it is currently licensed to write insurance in 47 states and Washington, D.C.

In addition to his role at DIA, Mr. Dagley owns Dagley Enterprises, LLC, a real estate development company. He is also a co-founder of several other companies including Encompass Lending Group, an independent mortgage banker; Encompass Advisory Services, LLC, a registered investment advisory firm; and Real Systems Sales Results, a lead generation and telemarketing company. Furthermore, he is a former board member of ZoomBang, a polymer manufacturing company.

Mr. Dagley's extensive entrepreneurial experience has fueled his efforts to refine and perfect DIA's business model, earning him national recognition for his elite personal lines operation. He was honored as a Top 40 Under 40 and a Fort Bend Rising Star by the Houston Business Journal. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Entrepreneurship from the University of North Texas.

Active in the Katy, TX community, Mr. Dagley sponsors numerous local events and organizations. In 2017, he was inducted into the James E. Taylor High School Hall of Honor for his achievements as a student and his contributions to the community. Additionally, he serves as a board member for the non-profit volleyball organization, United Sports Academy (USA), and is a managing member of its affiliate, Katy United, LLC, positively impacting the lives of local youth.
